Interviews with us


We interview all child carers, starting from Au Pairs to Nannies.

Interviews are held in our Twickenham or Fulham and they will last between 30 min to 1 hour.

Documents you need to bring with you:

For Nannies

- Enhanced Disclosure
- Original childcare certificate
- At least 2 written references
- At least 2 documents of identity (passport, ID card, driving licence, birth certificate, utility bill, work permit/visa)

As a Nanny you will need at least 2 years sole care experience with working with children if you will not have child care qualifications.

Au Pair or Mothers help experience does not qualify you to work as a Nanny.


Mothers help and Au Pairs

- Enhanced Disclosure or or equivalent police check in your own country
- At least 2 written references
- At least 2 documents of identity (passport, ID card, driving licence, birth certificate, utility bill, work permit/visa)
- National insurance number if you are working as Mothers help
